Gender neutral Peter Pan nursery (long post)

So my bf and I are planning on ttc next year.

I'd tell my mom about this so I could get her opinion but very time I bring up having another kid (the one I have is 7) my mom goes off on another lecture about how I should wait until I own a house and I'm married and have a "well paying" job and a million other things.

And to add content. I'm in a house with low rent/bills that's a two bedroom with a yard. My bf and I are planning on getting married probably in a year or two so we're unofficially engaged. And I don't want to go to college just to do a job I'm not going to like (I already did that once and left because I was miserable) so currently we're both working and make plenty of money to pay our bills.

Ok rant is over, sorry I just had to get that off my chest. So to what I actually wanted to post about.

We were talking about nursery themes we'd like to do and the thought of a Peter Pan nursery came to mind.

The walls would be light blue with clouds and the pirate ship over the moon, as well as Big Ben with a real clock on it. The furniture would be off-white and the bedding/wall decor will be green, yellow and earth tones.

I'd put baby powder in the jar.
