Best thing for a belly ache? Two weeks old

I’ve tried gripe water which seems to calm her down a little bit, but both times I’ve given it to her she spit it back up ☹️ any suggestions?

Is it gas? My baby was really gassy a few days ago and the only thing that helped was to work it out of her. I did bicycle kicks and belly massage. Tummy time seemed to help the most. I laid her on my bare chest while I laid flat. This helped soothe her and then after about 20 minutes I sat her up and she burped and pooped good
