Hello all, I’m wondering if hsv can cause vulva soreness without actually leaving any visible sores?? Also, can sores happen inside your urethra and cause urethral burning?? I’ve been seeing a urologist for urethral burning without uti’s, and he has no answers for me, yet the burning continues to happen. I tested positive for hsv1 via blood draw, so I don’t know where the infection is. Is it possible to be in my urethra/on my vagina but not visible? I’m just so tired of being in so much pain and feeling so helpless 😓
