Heartburn dos and don’ts
Tomorrow I’ll be 15 weeks and I’ve struggled with heartburn for a long time since pregnancy. It’s fading and not as bad as it was earlier on. I’ve been avoiding acidic items like fruit (citrus) and spicy foods. I love fruit and am wondering if I’m able to finally have apples, oranges, or even mangos? I just want to avoid having that dreaded heartburn. Do you think it will bring up heartburn having those fruits?
