Anyone used metrogel?

I know it like drips out can i go to the gym without a liner and regular underwear I hate working out in regular underwear but I don’t want it leaking out on my pants lol lame question I know

Depends on when you put it in and what time you go to the gym. I’ve used it for the last 5 days right before bed and have gone to work without a liner each day. I’ve had a normal amount of discharge throughout the day but nothing extreme.

Usually it’s prescribed once daily at bedtime so you avoid it leaking out too much. It can be twice daily tho in some cases but it then becomes a bit more bothersome. I’d definitely suggest wearing a liner because it will leak out and possibly go through your pants. Better safe than sorry.
