When is it considered rape?

Controversial subject.... 
In marriage, when is “sex” considered “rape”.....? 
I was raped when I was 18.  Skip forward a few years and a wild ride to my now husband. 
There are times when we have “sex” and it takes me back to that day when I was 18. It feels like all he is doing is taking from me, and pouring into his selfish desires, when I don’t care to be engaged with him.... at all. 
I’ve avoided him, made it clear that I’m not interested, but I tend to give in, so I can skip over the “pouty tantrum” phase”.... so, I roll over and take it and die inside. 🥴🤦🏼‍♀️

Marital rape is the same as unmarried rape. When one person doesnt give consent or is unable to give it that is rape. Being married makes no difference.

Rape is rape. Doesn't matter if you're dating, engaged, married, been together 50 years, intoxicated, dressed like a stripper, or anything else. If you don't give, can't give, or revoke partway through, consent, it's rape. Period.
If you aren't in the mood to but say yes anyway, it's not rape. Him nagging you into it, I wouldn't count it as rape. It's not okay still, as he should respect your feelings. But if you agreed to it, it's not rape. He didn't force you into it, he was just annoying enough that you decided to say yes. Being annoying isn't rape, and although he would of pouted, he wouldn't of done it if you had of said no, period. I'm not saying the way he nags and pouts is okay, but I wouldn't label it as rape either.
However, I'd be reconsidering my marriage a bit if my husband didn't have respect for me and pouted like a 5 year old when he didn't get his way

Rape is rape when you don’t consent to any sexual activity whether you’re married or not. If he can’t respect you enough to hear no as an answer then you should re-evaluate the relationship of staying or leaving.

As already stated, marital rape is the same as non-marital rape. If you say "no" and he does it anyway it is rape. If he threatens you into having sex with him then it is rape. 
If you are too intoxicated to consent then it is rape. If you don't feel like sex but tell him "yes" it is not rape.

Everyone else has answered your question, so I'm not going to add anything to that. My question for you, is if you've had any therapy to help deal with your past experience? Is this just something that happens when you "just roll over and take it" or do you willingly participate in sexual relations or is every sexual encounter with him like this? (Like you don't have any libido). If it happens every time (willing or not) it might be something like PTSD.
