Back Pain Tips!

These may be things that most people already know, but if you’re suffering from back pain right now, do yourself a favor and start doing yoga/stretches for pregnancy back pain! A couple of nights this week I tossed and turned all night due to my back hurting so badly, so I decided to try out some yoga for back pain yesterday morning. It has made a WORLD of difference. It only lasts for so long of course, but it’s better than suffering every day with it. Also, taking a warm bath with epsom salt works wonders too. Just trying to help y’all out if you’ve been hurting as badly as I have!
