4 month sleep regression

Please let me know your experiences with this sleep regression, I’m not sure if this is what we’re going through or it’s just my daughter but she use to wake up every 2,3,4 hours depending but I would feed her and she would go right back to sleep but since last night she wakes up around 1 am and we feed her but as soon as we put her down she starts crying and is like that until 4 or 5 am and falls asleep from pure exhaustion I know she’s sleepy but as soon as I put her down she just wakes up is this sleep regression or what? Happened again tonight too 😭 send help😭 I’m exhausted
