Pregnancy Pillow?

Question

What would you recommend for a pregnancy pillow? There are SO many out there and they all range in price! 
My doctor suggested it because I’m having hip/back pain when I sleep. 😔

I was given one of the big ones, and I hate it.  It now sits on a table taking up a ridiculous amount of space.  Now I just use my own pillows, one at my belly and one at my beck. I want to try this one though.

Honestly I just use a blanket that is soft and kind of stuff it into a pillow shape it can be whatever shape I want it to be and it's easier to maneuver in the middle of the night than a pillow

I have one of those huge C shaped ones - not a huge fan overall but ok. I guess I want to use my own pillow for my head, don't like how it forces my pillow out and makes me use it. Plus side though is having something between the knees that is same thickness for between the feet. I really feel like that is the ticket, having same space between knees and feet. I may just cut and sew the top off the one I have but if I was going to buy something I would just do a body pillow.
