Help!! Painful sex with no answers

It’s been over 6 months now that sex is painful for me. Not every time but more often than not, it feels like tearing. I’ve tried absolutely everything and have been tested for everything. Its honestly not that bad during sex but after sex everything is swollen and painful and urinating burns so bad that it makes me feel faint. It goes away an hour or two after sex. We’ve used lube, more foreplay, everything. The only thing my obgyn said was “maybe you’re allergic to your boyfriend”. We’ve been together for over 3 years so I don’t see how that’s possible to suddenly be allergic to him.

HELP this is absolutely insane and is killing our sex life because I’m scared for him to even touch me now. Doctors have been no help and google isn’t much help either. Anyone have any ideas or been through similar?
