Elevated morning sugar
Well! I failed my three hour and just recently went to my gd class, the nutritionist said I’m not eating enough especially at night (I work long hours and don’t get home til late and when I am home I’m to exhausted to eat after making sure my other kids are taken care of I usually just go to bed) so since then I’ve been forcing myself to stay awake til around 930 and have a snack then go to bed. BUT it’s still a little elevated (between 100-110 that’s what it normally is even if I don’t eat late) My sugars are perfect the rest of the day! What can I eat at night to bring down my morning fasting sugar? I have a couple more weeks to try to get it under control before my dr puts me on a super small dose of glyburide.. probably didn’t spell that right but y’all get the point. ☺️
