This is my baby and my journey. Just because you didn't go through a midwife does not mean I am not being properly taken care of. Just because I'm 16 weeks and haven't had an ultrasound yet doesn't mean my midwife is uncaring. Just because you chose an epidural doesn't mean I will choose one. Please stop asking me the gender...I am not high risk and decided to skip those tests. And please stop asking me when I'll find out. Just because you're friend found out or you found out at 10 weeks or 12 doesn't mean I have to. I want to embrace pregnancy and everything it's been bringing without all these jarring questions!!
