I've never had this before but I've been ill for a few days and I'm starting to get better and this just appeared.what is it?

Don’t freak out! It’s a type of harpies. Not the sexually transmitted kind but like cold sores  and fever blister( same thing) . I think it’s called Harpies 1. 
Someone probably mom or aunt kissed you on the lips when you were a baby and gave you that. 
Buy Abreva ! It’s the only thing that works. And don’t give oral sex when you have it on your lips because then it does become sexually transmitted harpies

It looks like it could be hsv type 1 but I recommend going to your doctor to double check because it could just be a pimple!!
