Supposed to be 9weeks and 1 day but baby only measuring 8weeks a 2 day?

Is this okay I’m just a little worried now my obgyn didn’t even let me hear the baby hear beat she just said everything looks good and we are going to keep the same due date ..

They can see the heartbeat on the ultrasound, I've never heard the heartbeat through one.
For this pregnancy, when I went in for my first dating scan, it said I was 6 days behind where I thought I was, but it was back to normal for my 12-week scan. If there was any reason to worry, they would have changed the due date.

Where I work they would have changed the due date. I don’t understand why some places don’t. That’s the point of the early dating ultrasounds... to date the pregnancy. Anyways, it’s also routine here not to listen to the heart beat in the first trimester. We see it and we measure it, so there is no reason to use the setting to listen to it because it uses more power from the machine that’s unnecessary on a developing fetus.

She could just be taking her time. Im surprised my baby has always measured exactly whatever date she is.
