Back labour, sunny side up baby

FTM! Anyone experience sharp pains in their lower back that extends to the front (almost around the area where my bladder is)? It’s been coming and going for the last 90min and getting more frequent and intense. I called the hospital but they said it doesn’t sound like labor, and I should just take 2paracetamol tablets and see if that works.

Our dr has said that I will most likely experience labor pains in my back because baby is lying spine to spine(mine). The pain comes and goes. First time this has happened. Not sure what to make of it? Currently 38 weeks.
