Implantation bleeding?

I’m 10 or 11 dpo. Ad due in 3 days. My cycles are like clockwork. It’s never early or late. Same time every month for years. So this is very odd. I never spot before a period either.

Been crampy since 4 dpo and boobs tender on the sides and more full.

Super tired like can’t function, dizziness and headaches.

Could this be implantation? I’ve never had this happen with my first pregnancy.
