Having periods twice in a cycle normal? Freaking out...

Is it normal to have period twice in a cycle? I had my period from 11-16th of November and then again from 30th- 4th of December. I’m not due for my period until the 1st of Jan 2020. But last few days I’ve been having stomach ache on the right hand side and been throwing up at work suddenly. Been feeling tired and I’ve been telling my husband that it feels like someone’s pinching me from inside as my stomach hurts. There has been couple of nights I’ve struggled to sleep due to me feeling sick this week and last two days I’ve been feeling hot while in bed so I had to take my pj’s off (It’s freezing here in UK) Suddenly this morning I had blood in my panty and when I wiped it looked pink. Is bleeding this frequent normal? I’ve always had regular periods each month. I’m freaking out!!!!

I haven’t been feeling like I need to eat either. We have been trying for a baby for some time now with no luck. Please someone answer my question. Thanks 🙏
