What foods am I not allowed and drinks ?

4 weeks 6 days pregnant had my appointment yesturday but compltley forgot what I’m  not allowed to eat I remember something about egg which I’m worrying now cause Iv had an egg sandwich today

They don’t recommend processed meats (lunch meats, hotdogs, etc), and there’s a limit to what kind and how much seafood. Obviously nothing raw like sushi

Some of this information is becoming outdated from what I gather.  My doctor told me to eat as much lunch meat as I want and that I could even eat sushi in moderation.  He basically said all of these rules form because someone somewhere developed listeria once from eating one of these things.  He basically said if you crave something have a little, but be cautious about caffeine, raw fish, and fish with mercury.  Which totally made sense to me, so it seems as though you can proceed with whatever you are comfortable with.

Be sure to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. ❤️ Water is my enemy,so it's been super hard but it's all I drink now. I personally cut out all soda for me bcuz I have zero self control with it

Eggs are fine. Really everything is fine as long as it comes from a quality source and is cooked properly.
