Acrylic nails 💅

Ladies question I did my nails for Christmas but I’m almost in my due date ... do I have to take them off? Is it safe to go to delivery,labor with fake nails?? I will ask my Dr on Monday as well please maybe is a dumb question but I just want to make sure 🙏🏻🙏🏻
