So I've had nexplanon since January 2019 (so almost a year) my cycles have been a complete train wreck on it, I've had month long periods, weight gain ect.

Idk what to think because I'm now 9 days late, but since my cycles are sketchy I'm sure that's not alarming, however I'm nauseous, have cravings/aversions, hardcore mood swings and period pains with no period. I took a hpt a few days ago and it was negative. I'm not sure what to think🙄

Just to add I have 4 children and got pregnant both on the pill then on depo, I'm hesitant to switch birth control
