Is gaydar a real thing, and can straight people have them?

People say I give off a "gay vibe" and that I "look gay". Im sorry, I wasnt aware that somebody could "look gay"🤣 People assume all the time that I'm gay or at least bi. I have gay friends and in the early stages of our friendships they were like "you say you're straight, but like, are you for real because you seem gay and I can't tell if you're for realsies". I asked "uh how does one seem gay" and apparently I clean up too nicely (appearance wise), I have a "nice face that could go great with a guy or a girl", I give off "switch energy" whatever the fuck that is, gaydars just "go crazy" around me,

and all my friends are girls. Like close friends. I guess people assume we have secret orgys. Any advice on how to appear more heterosexual?

That's me. I don't think I look gay.

I definitely wouldn't rely on straight cis people to have a clue who isn't straight. I don't think gaydar is a real thing, but I think trying to signal your sexuality to others on purpose is real. People are all just people, we're all different. You can't "look gay" as you said.

My family (especially my straight relatives) has an amazing gaydar and so far have predicted my cousin’s and my sexuality well.

Thank you 💕 I part my hair then wet the top (where I want the barrettes to go) and put a little gel, then put in the barrettes. That way it lies a little flatter. I use the not your mother's curls styler on the rest of my hair. Its relatively cheap, and smells really good.
