Cycle changes
My cycle went from 24 days lasting 5 and now it’s every 28 lasting 3-4 days. I never used to get cramps either. Just a feeling that lets me know AF is near. Lately I’ve had cramping though. I could be being paranoid bc I’m just used to my cycle coming at a certain time and never experiencing cramps. Would you consider these changes minor or major?? I’m nervous. Has anyone else experienced a change in their cycles??
