yeast infection AGAIN 😔

i recently had a yeast infection around thanksgiving and i used monistat so it thankfully got rid of it butttt i think i just got another one 😭 i started getting a little itchy yesterday and again today.. i’ve never really gotten yeast infections so i don’t know what could be the cause?
