Started Doing Keto
So on the 8th of this month, I decided I was tired of feeling tired. I would wake up in the AM then fall back asleep after my son was with his dad and eating breakfast. I was just exhausted all the time. I started getting pain and numbness in my hands which lead me to believe I was getting carpal tunnel. It was constant. I work with phones all day long and I'm on the computer typing all day long, it was making my job so hard. I was getting constant migraines that was making me extremely moody and making me snap at my loved ones for the littlest things.
Enough was enough. I started the 8th and haven't looked back. I started NOT to lose weight, but because I wanted to FEEL better. And it worked. My carpal tunnel has literally vanished. I was able to give my man a 20 minute massage without my hands cramping. I haven't felt energy like I have now since I first met my man, I'm waking up and am actually happy and can spend time with my baby before going to work. I slipped into only eating one meal a day NATURALLY, I'm not hungry until I'm at home and everyone's in bed. I don't miss sugar, I don't miss breads. I feel great. I'm still nursing my son successfully, my milk looks fattier and more healthy, he gets pleased more easily from little amounts of time nursing.
AND I've lost 12 pounds as an extra cherry on top. This is the easiest start of a diet I've ever done, I'm so happily surprised because I really thought it was going to be so hard. But it hasn't been. And it only gets easier everyday.
Anyways. I just wanted to share. I don't have anyone else to express my excitement anywhere else.
