How long did u make it till you went to the hospital ?

Im currently having really strong contractions but they’re only 10 min apart /:

3min apart we were 9 with a bulging sack when we got to L&D triage. Delivered 4 min later!

I didn’t go in until they were 2-4 min apart. When I got to hospital I was 7cm

Theyll likely send you home if only 10 min apart. Mine were 5 and under (they did not stay consistently min aart & some were shorter than 1 min) but i was in so much pain (which had started at 5am) i called my doc at 8pm )who was on call) and we agreed that i should come in to get assessed and if i wasnt in active labor i’d get induced. I was 5cm dilated & 80% effaced. I got that epidural right away.

I went in when they were around 2 minutes apart and continuing to get more intense. Got there just in time. Was fully dilated and ready to push

Breath in for four through your nose and out for eight, by the time you’ve done this a few times the contraction will have stopped. Put some nice music on. ❤️
