Hip pain while sleeping??

Anyone else get really bad pain in their hips from lying on your side all night?? It’s absolutely miserable & I don’t know how to fix it! The pregnancy pillow does NOT help!

Memory foam mattress topper!!! It saved my life. I started to get hip pain around 17 weeks and bought it. No hip pain since then. Last weekend I stayed in a hotel where I didn’t have it and second night was so miserable I couldn’t sleep at all! So it really works. Best pregnancy purchase!!!

Yoga yoga yoga ..I slacked during my pregnancies but I'm 18 mos postpartum TTC #4 k( 2 miscarriages n I know tylenol doesnt really touch my pain) I still have tight throbbing pain in my hips but hip openers help..CheckYogaGlow..U get a free 2 or 3 weeks to check it out w some great teachers

I sleep with a pillow under my back and have my a pillow between my legs so I'm laying kind of propped on my side but not so much it causes hip pain. I had AWFUL hip pain with my first pregnancy. That was the only way I could sleep.

Pillow between my legs helped me. Now that I am 30 weeks the only comfortable position for me is sleeping sitting up a bit against my pregnancy pillow so my back isn’t  completely flat.

I have the same issue we have a memory foam mattress so it helps but I also just lay a regular pillow behind my back helps so I am not laying completely on my back.

Welcome to pregnancy! The pregnancy pillow helps only so much. For me, if I sleep in one position too long, my back starts to ache.
