Can you increase at anytime ? I’m 3 months PP and I think I’m drying up.. down to half an oz per pump and one boob isn’t even really producing anymore at all.

Some background : I didn’t make enough so I started giving my son formula. He would feed until he cried and I gave him the rest formula. Now I’ve got so accustomed to making bottles I don’t forget to put him on the breast and I’m making less. What should I do ? I don’t want to stop. Even if it’s half an oz per feed.
