Hello guys very first time posting. I am 40 have been diagnosed with uterine fibroids and cyst on right ovary my periods were extremely heavy and irregular was put on the shot took one time in May did not redose in August. Periods have been regular until this month. I am 14 days late and have taken 4 tests that are all negative. My breasts are sore with a few more symptoms what do you ladies think? Perimenopause? Possible pregnancy? Need some support
