Mommy VENT
I’m currently 27+1 my nights are mostly restless due to my severe pelvic girdle pain. I try to not take OTCs but when I do it’s usually 2 Tylenol EXTRA strength (barely takes the edge off) tonight I took a hot soak and it has helped although it’ll only be temporary .
Any suggestions to alleviate the pain ?
