Ovulation pain
I got my peak yesterday around 1pm. Starting around 8 last night I have been in really bad pain. I know it’s normal to cramp on the side you ovulate but it is normal that my cramps are down low and in the middle like where my cervix and uterus would be? Also having back pain. Feels similar to a period. Is this a good sign or bad?
