Ok seriously... What am I doing wrong? 😭

My daughter is 15 days old and I exclusively pump/bottle feed. One breast produces an okay amount but the other, BARELY ANYTHING. It will become full but nothing really comes out. I don’t make enough milk so we supplement with formula and I’d like to build a stash somehow.

What am I doing wrong? I’m feeling so hopeless.

At 15 days pp, that is a normal amount. Since baby only eats about 1-2 ounces at a time. You might not be able to get a huge stash **yet** but you can try power pumping

Ok I don't want to push thing on u but have u been drinking a lot of water? Cause when I was pumping/breastfeeding I drank a lot of water and I also drake coconut water and that helped my supply for a little while( I was able to for about 7 months). Also try oatmeal if u like it, fenugreek capsules(an herbal supplement) helped me as well and warm wash clothes after feeding or pumping can help with some sore or maybe some slight clogged ducts. So hopefully this can help but everyone is different these are what helped me out the best.

You are doing great!!  Babies don’t need much milk in the first few weeks. 
Keep drinking the water! Like several Ls a day.
I found that Milk Aplenty was an excellent supplement that helped boost my supply. 
Also, pump as much as possible if you are e-pumping or else get that baby on your nipple as often as possible. It really is supply and demand- Trust your body.

Water. Water. Water. Also anything with electrolytes. Gatorade Zero is great  Body armor drinks. Even smart water. But make sure your super hydrated. Also oatmeal in the morning for breakfast was something that helped me

This amount may be normal for you (everyone’s supply is different.) make sure you’re drinking a ton of water and eating enough calories in the day. How many times/how often are you pumping? Any amount of milk is a success! You’re doing great mamma!

I have unequal production on one side. The same thing has happened with both of my babies. One just has ended up producing what I need it to.

Milky Mama to increase your supply. But be mindful this early as you don’t want an over supply. I just started using one of their herbal supplements a week ago and my babies 2 months old. 
And Body Armor drinks.

You may also need to check your tubes and the size of the shield too. Could not be the right size for you or the tubes may not be suctioning properly
