The small red dot in the picture - It feels like a lump but I’m having a hard time distinguishing if it’s on top of the skin or under the skin I can’t be sure.

It’s on my left breast which has really been struggling the last week or so, i used to have an almost even supply (maybe .5oz less on my left) but this last week I’m lucky to get even .5oz from my left whereas my right regularly produces up to 3oz.
