Pregnancy

Hello, I’m 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I started to bleed not much at all after me and my significant there had intercourse, I called the er nurse and she said as long as I’m not bleeding out a maxie pad in an hour I should be fine so I relaxed and the next day it stopped throughout the day then I went to the bathroom and there was like a brown discharge. What could that be? I’m kinda worried and don’t know if I should go to the er I’m not cramping anymore than normal and it’s not painful.
