Hey guys, for the past two months (my baby is four and a half months) I’ve had really bad pain deep in my breast and my nipple after and during breastfeeding. I thought it was thrush and used a cream but it never went away and my baby never got it nor was it transferred to the other side. It fluctuates severity, but it is more often than not enough to make me tense up pretty bad every time she latches. She has a good latch, so that isn’t it. Sometimes it hurts when I’m cold too. The nipple will sometimes turn a little white right after she lets go. It happens literally every time she nurses and I’m getting so tired of it. 😭 has anyone else experienced this???
