Getting pregnant tips?

Question

Trying for my first baby! I'm so impatient, any tips on getting pregnant ASAP? 
Little background: I'm 21, never conceived before. My SO is 24 and no kids either.

I’ve heard the keto diet is a fertility diet...I believe it. I didn’t do keto, but I started a low carb diet April 23 and lost 20 lbs and found out I was pregnant June 23. My 1sr and 2nd baby are 9.5 years apart. 2nd and 3rd will be 2.5 years apart. I’ve been with my husband since my oldest was 11 months. So it took us 8 years to get pregnant with our first baby...and only a year and a half for this baby and I thank that diet!
