so me an my coworker were closing tonight so we decided to get takeout for dinner instead of eating donuts. so we got Chinese and all i ate was their chicken nuggets like maybe 5 of them and nothing else. my stomach began to hurt wicked bad so i took a tums and now my lip is tingling and itching and burning a little (this is like 4 hours later which is why im questioning it) and one part of my lip is completely swollen. is this a reaction from an allergy or something else?

my bottom lip is all swollen but obviously one side more than another. sorry if it’s a dumb question
