if it is i’m 16 and my fingers (the top of them) and my toes are in so much pain because of some red spot looking things.

you can’t see it well in pictures so i tried my b st to circle them lol! please help me does anyone know what this is, what i should do as they’re painful? let me know thank you!! xxx
