Low sperm count

Do this really work? My husband and i been TTC for over three years. My recent doctor visit, I’m healthy, i had a little bacteria infection but the doctor said I’m healthy. My spouse on the other hand have a low sperm count. He said we could do ivf if we can’t conceived in a year cause we both young in ours mid 20s. I thought about buying theses. I saw mix reviews but i want y’all opinions too. What are other things y’all tried and help?
