Working Out After Birth

Has anyone else began making a plan of getting back into working out after giving birth? (After being allowed too of course.)

Before becoming pregnant I’d go to the gym, but with not having family around to see after her for a bit I don’t feel comfortable leaving my child in the gym’s care. I much rather do something at home where I can be with her or maybe do walks/jogs at the park.

Anyone already have a plan, some routine they’re willing to share?
