Period like cramps = Braxton hicks?

34w5d having very mild period like cramps nothing crazy and not very often. Is this what Braxton Hicks contractions feel like?

Depends on the person. For me personally, Braxton hicks just make my belly feel really tight. No pain or cramping. My real contractions started as mild period cramps

My Braxton Hicks feel like an anxiety attack. definitely nothing like period cramps for me, as mine are more painful then real contractions. I’d ask your provider as every one is different.
