37 weeks with upper back pain
Looking for any kind of relief... I’m 37 weeks and I’m experiencing cramping/ pain up around my right shoulder blade. Iv tried standing, sitting, laying.. cannot find a position that provides relief. Any help/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
