Mucus plug?!

Is this my mucus plug? Yes it's on my belly. I was in the bath and felt it and didnt know what it was. Dont mind my hideous stretches out belly

Yes but it’s just a piece of it. It can regenerate. The only time you would want to get checked was if you had some blood in it.
