I moved on. Upgraded my entire life in every way including the husband. After I escaped my narcissist ex husband I took time to myself. Felt all the emotions I had buried for over 10 years. I didn’t need anti anxiety meds or anti depressants anymore. Cleared my mind. I was thin again. I even got a promotion and raise at work. Went on dates for the first time in my life. Met the most amazing man. 
The best part was not caring about my ex and his thoughts about me. 
I got remarried 2 years and 1 day after my escape.
