So I’ve been constipated only today I don’t have piles or anything and baby’s been moving but I’ve just been to the toilet and noticed bright red blood only small amount but when I wipe both ends there’s nothing coming onto the paper? Should I get it checked out or is this normal? I’m 27 weeks pregnant and ftm. I’ve got my usual stomach pains
