Healthy/good food
I'm 7 weeks and alot hungrier now however I only used to eat once a day at dinner before pregnancy so that's probably part of it. I'm having alot of morning sickness and when I dont have anything in my stomach I feel alot worse. So is there any foods/ snacks you recommend throughout the day? I honestly dont eat very healthy but I'm trying so hard to for the baby. I only weigh 100 lbs now and my doctor definitely doesnt want me to lose any weight from getting sick
