Should i go to the doctor for a fever?

It's not a very high one. About 37.4c but I've taken paracetamol and ibuprofen. And I'm feeling kinda cold almost all day. Plus my throat hurts and I've got a slight headache :( i think I've gotten a cold. So is a doctor visit necessary or i can make it go away at home? I'm 18

No, that's not a fever. A temp isn't considered a fever until 100.4 degrees F  or 38 degrees C.

No. They will just tell you to increase your fluids, get rest and do what you're already doing. You arent overly sick. Just rest and relax
