I got the mirena IUD put in at my 6 week pp appointment. I'm not 8.5 weeks pp. I had cramping a few days after it was put in but nothing since. The past few days I've had sharp pains in my abdomen and some cramping, along with some nausea but no vomiting, and when I wiped today there was small minuscule dots of blood sometimes. It hasn't moved because I can still feel the strings in place. I've had sex a few times since I've gotten it put in a few times without a condom, but my husband never went in me. Pls tell me these dont sound like pregnancy symptoms considering my little one is only 2 months old and getting pregnant with an iud can be dangerous 😅😅
