Baby low?

I had a ultrasound on the 27th and the tech told me baby is head down and very low, which was fine I’m 29 weeks but now since yesterday I’ve noticed I haven’t felt her the regular amounts unless I’m just not noticing but when I do feel her she is very down low it feels like the movements are in my vagina it hurts when they happen, anyone else like this?

I don’t know how my baby is positioned, she was breech at 24 weeks but for the past 4-5 days my crotch has been so sore, especially if I’m up standing and walking, it feels like she’s gonna fall right out. All her movements are low, down below my belly button, but they found her heartbeat right below my belly button. Guess I’ll find up next week how she’s laying in there.

I haven't had an ultrasound since 25 weeks and I'm 29 weeks now too. All of my baby's movements are down low near my hips and crotch area and I haven't felt anything above my belly button for a while. I do have an anterior placenta that blocks most of the movement in the front. If I spend several hours on my feet I feel lots of pressure and soreness in my crotch area. At my last ultrasound the baby's head was down low and she seemed to like to stay in that position.
