Am I crazy for thinking that I’m possibly pregnant after only a week since conception?

I woke up this morn and my stomach feels weird. I feel somewhat different.

When I was preg last year I immediately knew I was preg the day after me and my man had sex. I couldn’t explain it, I just knew. Two weeks later I knew it was a girl and I ended up being right about evrything.

(Wish I would have known she’d be born still. But I did know something was wrong and different w/ her about a week and a half before I found out she passed. The drs just couldn’t prove my theory.)
