How long did you sit at 3cm 70% effaced(baby -2) and water bag is bulging out..I know everyone different. I have small irregular contractions but they aren’t changing my cervix so they just let them go. I was 2cm 60% effaced last week. I think I lost my mucus plug/bloody show last night at 11pm(but not sure if it’s from cervical check that my mucus had blood mixed in, but I was bleeding before the check the reason I went in).. I’m 32 weeks and 4 days. I feel like a bus ran me over down there(I’m sore). I’m just trying to figure out if I should pack my hospital bag or just wait it out? My last was born at 34weeks.
